ORIGIN STORY
Origin story
From the Sidama region of Ethiopia, this natural-processed G1 coffee is associated with Bukato Duge Bale in the Arbegona area. The listing records variety 74158 and elevations of approximately 1,800–2,200 metres.
Dried longan and brown-sugar impressions meet blackberry, citrus and green-apple-like brightness. Dark-chocolate and spice-like tones add depth to the finish. A medium-light roast is recommended to preserve its fruit and floral complexity.
