There is no single right answer for every coffee. Roasting, brewing methods and individual preferences can create different expressions from the same beans. ROASTiME explains those choices clearly—and leaves room for yours.
We recommend roast levels, brewing approaches and resting times, but recommendations are a starting point. A bright, fruit-forward cup and a comforting milk coffee can each be right for different people.

Where records are available and verified, we share a coffee's origin, farm or producer, varieties, processing method, elevation, green-bean density and other relevant information. We distinguish sourced facts, our tasting impressions and what you may experience in your own cup.
