Shipping
China (Mainland)
Normally free shippingWe usually roast and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. For urgent requests, leave a note under Special Requests at checkout; we will try to help when feasible.
China (Hong Kong) & China (Macao)
¥25 per orderShipping to China (Hong Kong) and China (Macao) costs ¥25 per order. Please confirm the fee displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery time depends on the carrier.

Contact us firstStandard online shipping is not currently available for other countries or regions. Contact us to discuss whether shipping is possible and what it would cost.
Changes, returns & after-sales
Before production starts
If we have not started roasting or customizing your order, contact us promptly. We will try to arrange a change or cancellation.
After custom production begins
Orders may be roasted, ground, packed as drip bags or divided into portions according to your selections. Once this production starts, returns or cancellation for reasons unrelated to quality are generally not available, except as required by applicable law.
Wrong, missing or damaged items
Send us your order details and relevant photos. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate reshipment, replacement or refund.
Personal taste preferences
Acidity, sweetness, strength and roast notes vary between people. A difference from an individual's taste expectations is not normally a quality defect. We are happy to help with resting and brewing advice.
